Rule 1 Glutamine 689 g

Rule One Glutamine is a powdered dietary supplement containing 100% L-glutamine in micronised form. The product is available in an unflavoured version and, according to the manufacturer, mixes easily with water, protein drinks or other sports supplements. Each serving contains 5 g of L-glutamine and the composition is simple – no other active ingredients are added. Thanks to its micronised form, the powder is designed for good mixability and easy use in daily supplementation.
